Freddi Guntair is the head of the twelve FBI agents who are secretly sent to Japan at the request of L. He is the leader of research for the group.
Appearance[]
Freddi only appears in the film series, and he has short black hair, a mustache, and a beard.
Plot[]
Freddi, along with the other agents, is killed by Raye Penber when Penber unwittingly writes his name on one of the pages of the Death Note. Acting under the influence of the Death Note, he sends Penber a file containing the names and photos of all FBI agents currently active in Japan and dies soon after of a heart attack.
