Mogturmen is an avid otaku (big fan) of all things Death Note, written or otherwise. He also loves Akira, Dragon Ball, Mach Go Go Go! (Speed Racer), Tetsuwan Atom (Astro Boy), Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball Z, Voltron as well as all vintage Mobile Suit Gundam series.

I've done quite a bit of research into many facets of culture and literature which likely inspired this superb manga and anime series. This gives me what I consider a decent background for helping others understand the deeper, possibly hidden, aspects of Death Note.

It is only expected that Trolls and Flamers will be resistant to what I have to say, even though I base my opinion upon fact without bias. If life was how these people would prefer, there would be no teachers, scholars or historians in the world, I suppose!
